Depending on how comprehensive you want your private sessions to be, the coaching service can be customized to suit your needs. You can choose from any of the following options:

• Online coaching – You will receive a 90-day schedule of activities that will enable you to work from the comfort of your home with solitude and privacy. Beginning with the goal-setting process, you will receive instructions and pointers by email.
• Telecoaching – Like the Online Coaching service, you will receive a 90-day schedule of activities. In addition to or in lieu of the online process, you will engage in a series of sessions by telephone. With this option you will also receive a mid-way review and a final review, all by phone.
• Personal Coaching – This is the Cadillac of coaching! Jennifer Weinbaum will personally conduct a series of private coaching sessions that will empower you to become your very best. Each session lasts approximately 60 minutes for individuals and 90 minutes for couples. The schedule is customized.
