More than a year ago, I reached a point in my life where I knew that something had to change.   I was physically exhausted, mentally drained and just plain stuck...I felt as if my world was just one big precipitous cycle - no beginning and no end.   After living like this for a few years (gaining weight, losing relationships, struggling for money), I finally realized that I wanted it all to change.   "How" to change, though, I wasn't sure.
